WHAT
IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR PUPPY
All of
our Standard Poodles and Labs are AKC registered and some are dual
registered with AKC and UKC. We strive to produce healthy, happy
companions that you will love to welcome into your heart, family
and home.
High Hope Puppies
can go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age. At this age, they are
also able to be shipped on an airplane. All of our pups have their
dew claws removed, and the Poodles tails are docked. All pups are
vet checked. You will receive your puppy groomed and with age appropriate
shot(s) and worming(s). You will also receive a sample of the current
food puppy is eating, a new collar and a puppy bone or toy, copies
of all pedigree and health screening info that I have, plenty of
info on puppy care and crate training (Our pups come with instructions!),
and any pictures (via email) we may have of your puppy, if you'd
like. Puppies that are shipped will also include the crate for shipping
and all necessary paperwork and vet clearance.
Airline shipping
is available within the USA only, weather permitting.
HEALTH
GUARANTEE
Our pups also
come with a one year of age genetic health guarantee as well as
a one year of age guarantee for Hip Dysplasia. We feel nutrition
plays a major role in the overall health of our Standards and our
Labs, and one of the requirements of our guarantee is that new owners
must feed their pup a quality dog food which has meat or a meat
meal as the first listed ingredient, such as chicken (chicken meal)
turkey (turkey meal), lamb, duck, beef or fish, etc. Meat by-products
are a no-no and items such as corn, soy and wheat are fillers which
can cause allergies (especially skin problems) in your dog.
We highly recommend
and use CANIDAE brand dog food for our dogs. There are several good
dog food choices out there such as Dick Van Patten’s Natural
Balance, Blue Buffalo, Innova, Solid Gold and a few others. Please
do your homework to provide healthy food and ensure a happy and
healthy life for your new puppy! Use the link at the bottom of any
page of this website to visit the CANIDAE website for more information.
